Hi Diane well from the range I just posted if you buy lighting that is closer to 2000 Kelvin it will be warm and yellow if you want more of a white daylight look go higher to 5000K or more. The majority of Philips LED lighting products provides 2700 Kelvin which is warm white light. These bulbs give off light that appears distinctly shaded with blue.
For example warm white LEDs are 2700K to 3200K daylight is between 4000K to 4500K and cool white is between 5000K to 6200K. Daylight bulbs have color temperatures that begin at 4600K and can range up 6500K or higher. Lower on the scale is warmer and higher is cooler.
Cool white bulbs fall in the range of 3100K to 4500K. 01242020 at 831 am. You can replace a 60W incandescent bulb with a 6W LED bulb and still get that sunny afternoon glow.
