Usually a burning lamp will produce enough heat to burn off any condensation moisture that may form in a light fixture.

However many LED bulbs underperform their predicted lives because they are allowed to get too hot. If they have burnt out completely and nothing on the strip is lighting up anymore this could simply be a loose connection. Also some lamps are rated for a very short life such as the 4414 300 hours.
LED lights do not work. If you are reading at least 108 volts at the socket the problem is a burned out light bulb. Then why do my landscape lights keep burning out.
